260 Federal Way units sold for $24M

FEDERAL WAY — An entity that shares a Newport Beach, Calif., address with Red Tail Acquisitions bought the Panther Ridge apartments at 190 S. 334th St. in Federal Way for $23.5 million, or $90,384 per unit, according to property records.

The seller is Equity Residential. The complex has 260 units in 65 four-plex buildings on 17.89 acres of land. It was built in 1980. It has multiple one- and two-bedroom layouts, with an average of 837 square feet.
