Vander Hoek plans 369 units in Old Bellevue

The Vander Hoek Corp., a long-time property owner in Old Bellevue, is planning to build a 369-unit apartment complex on a full block at the northwest corner of Bellevue Way Northeast and Main Street.

Main Street Gateway will have 23,475 square feet of retail and 625 underground parking stalls.
