Equity pays $91M for Redmond units

REDMOND — An entity related to Chicago-based Equity Residential bought the Veloce apartments at 8102 161st Ave. N.E. in Redmond for $91.4 million, property records show.

The seller is an entity related to Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential, which developed the six-story, 300-unit complex in 2009.
