Biking is big in Lake Union Partners' new apartment complex in Portland

The Addy is being built adjacent to a light rail stop, with parking for 24 cars and 150 bikes.

Seattle-based Lake Union Partners broke ground this month on The Addy, a 104-unit apartment building in northwest Portland that has few parking stalls for cars but 150 spots for renters to park their bicycles.
