Legacy Partners will buy 3 parcels to develop in Burien Town Square

Legacy Partners plans to build a five- or six-story, 150-unit apartment building with above-ground parking on one parcel. Work could begin by next spring or summer.

Urban Partners, which now does business as Harbor Urban, is planning to sell three development sites in downtown Burien to Legacy Partners.
