Benaroya's TechDwellers gives startups a place to call home

    Rent includes parking, conference rooms, plasma TV with video games, beer pong tables and a mini version of Skillet cafe. A pod of food trucks gathers outside the building everyday.

    Jesse Lakes and Jesse Pasichnyk have a business in Seattle that has tripled both revenues and clients in the past year.
