N.J. company pays $62M for the Alto in Belltown

Secaucus, N.J.-based Hartz Mountain Industries said it bought the 17-story Alto apartments at 311 Cedar St. in Belltown from Harbor Urban and Cigna Realty Investors for $62.3 million.
