GSA taking 381,000 feet in Sumner industrial building

SUMNER — The U.S. General Services Administration has signed a 10-year lease for 381,800 square feet of space at the Sumner Distribution Center, the biggest industrial lease of the year according to the building’s brokers at NAI Puget Sound Properties.

The Benaroya Co. developed the distribution center at 3700 150th Ave. Court E., and then sold it to Industrial Income Trust of Denver for $31 million, or a $71 per square foot.
