Real Estate Buzz: GSA lease another sign industrial is hot

Last year Benaroya Co. took a big risk by starting construction without a tenant for the 441,000-square-foot Sumner Distribution Center.
It was the first spec industrial building in this area to break ground in five years. When it was completed, Industrial Income Trust of Denver bought it for $31 million. Now the building has landed the largest industrial lease of the year.
