LaSalle pays $75M for WTC East

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — LaSalle Property Fund REIT, a company that shares a Chicago address with LaSalle Investment Management, bought the six-story, 187,000-square-foot World Trade Center East at 2211 Elliott Ave. for $74.5 million, property records show.

The price breaks down to approximately $398 per square foot.
