Amazon buys another block from Clise

Amazon.com seems to be preparing for even more growth in Seattle.

Amazon affiliate Acorn Development LLC paid Clise Properties $52.2 million for nearly a full block bounded by Bell and Blanchard streets and Seventh and Eighth avenues in the Denny Triangle. It is next to the three blocks where the company is building a 3.3 million-square-foot headquarters.
