SEATTLE — The Pioneer Square Preservation Board will meet at 9 a.m. Feb. 19 at City Hall, 600 Fourth Ave., to discuss the next phase of Stadium Place, a megaproject on the north lot of CenturyLink Field.
Plans call for two towers connected by an atrium on the east side of the lot at 255 S. King St. There will be a 23-story, 278-room hotel with retail and restaurant space. An 18-story tower will have conference space, hotel amenities and 10 stories of office space.
