100th condo unit sold at Insignia

SEATTLE — Bosa Development's twin 41-story condo project in the Denny Triangle called Insignia is up to 100 units sold.

The two buildings will have 707 units priced between the high $400,000s to approximately $2 million. Construction on the first building is up to the 28th floor, and it will open in spring 2015. Bosa Development decided last fall to start construction on the second tower. It will open later in 2015.
