Where should Seattle grow? City updating comp plan for 2015-2035

The city is looking at three alternatives for encouraging growth: six existing urban centers, 24 urban villages or around light rail stations.

Seattle is updating its comprehensive plan, which will guide decisions on where to put public transportation, utilities, sidewalks, parks and libraries — things that encourage people to live and work in particular areas.
