Holland plans 400 more Westlake units

SEATTLE — Holland Partners Group has submitted plans for a six-story, 400-unit apartment complex at 1207 Westlake Ave. N.

The site is part of a 5.5-acre, 14-parcel property the developer purchased last year for $79.5 million from an entity related to Blackstone Group.
