The U.S. General Services Administration is looking for 300,000 square feet of office space for the Federal Aviation Administration.
GSA is asking for expressions of interest for leasing the space and a minimum of 1,200 parking spaces. Contiguous Class A space in a new or existing building is preferred, and the site must be within a 10-mile radius of 1601 Lind Ave. S.W. in Renton, which is FAA's current space. That includes downtown Seattle as far north as Denny Way.
