Better 'gateways' for Pioneer Square?

SEATTLE — The Alliance for Pioneer Square wants to improve the way the neighborhood looks to residents and visitors.

The alliance plans to use a $100,000 matching grant to hire a design firm to develop concept plans for five parks and six “gateways” around Pioneer Square.
