Office boom spreads beyond Amazon.com

  • The big movers this quarter were Boeing and Amazon.com, but now there are a lot of other tenants looking for space.

    Seattle's office market is on its way to another big year thanks to the tech sector, which just keeps on booming.

    Brokers with Jones Lang LaSalle held a conference call with reporters yesterday and said tenants in the second quarter took 648,429 net square feet, bringing the year-to-date total to 922,463.
