$127M deal buys 1,212 apartments

KENT — Kennedy Wilson said it bought three Puget Sound region apartment complexes for $127 million.

The three properties total 1,212 apartments. They are Rock Creek Landing, a 576-unit complex in Kent; Montair at Somerset Hill, a 396-unit complex in Tumwater; and Stone Pointe, a 240-unit complex in University Place.
