First Hill site sold for $9 million

By JOURNAL STAFF

A limited liability company associated with Bentall Kennedy on Wednesday bought three-quarters of block on First Hill zoned for high-rise development from Seattle First Presbyterian Church.

The LLC bought an L-shaped property bounded by Seventh and Eighth avenues and Spring and Seneca streets overlooking downtown for $9 million, according to public records.
