Greystar pays $23M for Leschi complex

SEATTLE — An entity that shares a Charleston, South Carolina, address with Greystar Real Estate Partners paid $23.1 million for a four-story, 79-unit apartment complex at 534 Lakeside Ave. S. along Lake Washington.

Property records show the seller is an entity related to BlackRock.
