Goodman sells two properties for $77M

SEATTLE — An entity related to Goodman Real Estate sold two Greenwood apartment complexes for a combined $77.25 million, property records show.

The buyer for both projects is called Leilani on Greenwood Apartments LLC. No further information about the buyer was available in public records.
