Sale prices for new downtown condos down 8% since May peak

Bosa Development said 179 of 350 units in the first phase of Insignia sold in the first 12 months. Buyers ranged from millennials to empty nesters.

Sale prices for new condos in downtown Seattle rose 2 percent in September over the previous month, according to the Condominium Pricing Index released by The Mark Co., but they are down 8 percent from this year's peak in May.
