Builders Capital uses crowdfunding to raise $50M for residential land

  • The Seattle company will use the fund to find raw land and create buildable lots that it can sell to homebuilders or develop itself.

    Builders Capital, a Seattle-based real estate development and investment company, said it is starting a new crowdfunded capital campaign to raise $50 million to acquire, develop and sell residential property in the Puget Sound area.

    The firm said it wants to take advantage of the growing demand for finished and nearly finished residential lots in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Thurston counties.
