LAKE FOREST PARK — Merlone Geier Partners of San Francisco paid $37 million for Town Center at Lake Forest Park, a 250,130-square-foot shopping center in Lake Forest Park, property records show.
Madison Marquette of Washington D.C. is the seller.
The shopping center at 17171 N.E. Bothell Way is anchored by Third Place Books, Albertsons and Rite Aid.
Other tenants include Ross, Ace Hardware, Planet Fitness, King County Library, Bank of America, Mud Bay, and Chase Bank.
Paul and Billy Sleeth of Colliers International represented the seller.
