2 Kent buildings sold for $28.5M

KENT — Two industrial buildings near state Route 167 in Kent changed hands Monday in unrelated transactions, for a combined $28.5 million, property records show.

An entity related to KTR Capital Partners of New York paid $19.3 million for a 443,300-square-foot distribution building at 27232 72nd Ave. S. The seller is an LLC with a San Francisco address called K&H Washington managed by Dan Gronowski.
