SEATTLE — Goodman Real Estate will present plans to the city for a 218-unit apartment complex in Northgate.
The two-building complex would include a seven-story, 132-unit mixed-use building at 10750 Fifth Ave. N.E., and a four-story, 86-unit building at 10715 Eighth Ave. N.E.
Part of the BevMo Plaza shopping center, located a block east of Northgate Mall, would be demolished.
The new building facing Fifth Avenue would have 3,000 square feet of retail and 104 underground parking spaces.
Grouparchitect is the designer.
An early design guidance meeting is tentatively scheduled for 8 p.m. Jan. 12 at University Heights Community Center, at 5031 University Way N.E.
