SEATTLE — Saratoga Capital of San Jose, California, paid $23.9 million for Vesper Apartments, a 72-unit apartment building at 1321 Minor Ave.
Pacific Urban Residential of Palo Alto, California, is the seller.
According to a press release from Colliers International, Pacific Urban Residential did a comprehensive upgrade on the 23-year-old property, formerly know as Copperfield, before selling it.
The sale price equates to about $332,138 per unit and about $452 per square foot.
Dave Schumacher and Dylan Simon of Colliers represented the seller.
