EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — A $90 million student housing development in downtown Eugene opened this fall, and a few new tenants complained about flooded apartments, broken appliances and incomplete and shoddy work.
The 1,300-bed complex is the largest development in response to a rising enrollment at the University of Oregon, where more than 24,000 students are now enrolled.
