Schnitzer clearing site for Bellevue tower

BELLEVUE -- Schnitzer West has started clearing a site in downtown Bellevue where it wants to build a 16-story, 360,000-square-foot office building called Centre 425.

The building will be at 425 106th Ave. N.E., and is expected to open in 2016.
