Third Place may open in Seward Park

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Local developer and owner of Third Place Books, Ron Sher, plans to turn a PCC Natural Markets store in the Seward Park neighborhood into a book store, restaurant and possibly a pub.

PCC announced last week it will sell the land and a 7,200-square-foot building at 5041 Wilson Ave. S. to Sher. Third Place representatives said Sher will reuse the existing building.
