Some of Seattle's most iconic projects might have fizzled if not for the creativity of the people who designed and built them.
Four veterans of Seattle construction got together to trade war stories at a NAIOP event Wednesday: Rick Redman, chairman emeritus at Sellen Construction; Bill Lewis, chairman at Lease Crutcher Lewis; Jon Magnusson, senior principal at Magnusson Klemencic Associates; and Jud Marquardt, founding partner at LMN Architects.
