SEATTLE An entity related to Unico Properties paid $70.1 million for Stone34, a 129,000-square-foot office building in Wallingford that is the headquarters for Brooks Sports.
Skanska USA Commercial Development is the seller. Skanska developed the building at 3400 Stone Way, which opened earlier this year.
