Trupanion, a Seattle company that provides pet insurance, is looking to move from one Martin Selig building in Ballard into a new building the developer is planning.
Real estate sources told the Buzz that Trupanion is negotiating a lease for nearly two-thirds of the 204,000-square-foot building Selig has proposed at 1448 N.W. Market St. Trupanion now has about 38,000 square feet in a Selig building at 907 N.W. Ballard Way and another 14,000 square feet at 5245 Shilshole Ave. N.W.
