$363M Port of Everett proposal gets approval from city council

    Fisherman’s Harbor is the first phase of Waterfront Place Central, with a 120-room hotel, 204 apartments and five commercial buildings.

    The Everett City Council OK'd a development agreement on Wednesday that will allow work to proceed on the Port of Everett's $363 million Waterfront Place Central mixed-use development.
