Joshua McClure takes frustration and turns it into an idea.
He was looking for office space for a company he founded that developed iPhone apps. McClure wanted about 3,000 square feet of office space in Austin, but he said he couldn't get a broker to work with him because the commission wasn't worth it. McClure searched online for a website or an app for finding office space, but he didn't like his options, so he drove around town taking down individual phone numbers for each building.
