Federal Reserve building on Second sells for $16M

The auction for the former Seattle Federal Reserve building at 1015 Second Ave. ended Saturday with a winning bid of $16 million.

Eight groups bid on the four-story, 90,000-square-foot building, and the auction was extended several times as bids continued to roll in.
