Kilroy plans towers on the KING 5 site

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Permit records show Kilroy Realty Corp. is looking at building two 12-story office towers on top of a retail or office podium at 333 Dexter Ave. N., where KING 5's headquarters is now.

An entity related to Kilroy last week paid $42.6 million for KING's 155,000-square-foot headquarters, according to county property records.
