Kirkland luxury home prices soar

KIRKLAND — Prices for luxury houses in Kirkland saw some of the largest increases in the nation last year, according to a report from Redfin.

Values of luxury houses, defined as those priced in the top 5 percent, increased 39 percent over this time last year.
