Bellevue office rents may hit $51 by 2017

BELLEVUE — If employment meets projections and the tech industry continues to grow, downtown Bellevue office landlords are going to be a happy bunch over the next few years.

According to a report by Jones Lang LaSalle, if employment meets current forecasts, average Class A office rents in downtown Bellevue will increase 8.5 percent annually over the next three years.
