Is that a new W Hotel or lakeside summer house?

Lincoln Square is getting a W Hotel as part of its expansion.

The 1.5 million-square-foot expansion of Lincoln Square will include a W Hotel — called W Bellevue — with 245 guest rooms that include 25 suites and an “extreme wow suite,” which is W's version of a presidential suite.
