SEATTLE Porch.com, a Seattle-based home improvement startup, will move its headquarters to the Cobalt Building at 2200 First Ave. S. in Sodo.
Geekwire first reported on the lease, which starts at 50,000 square feet on two floors, but includes an option for Porch to take all 106,000 square feet in the building. That would be enough space to accommodate about 600 employees.
Porch now has about 25,000 square feet in the Eastlake neighborhood.
The Cobalt Building was home to Zulily, which moved out in 2013.
