KENT — Terreno Realty Corp. has purchased a 115,000-square-foot distribution building at 8420 S. 190th St. in Kent for about $11.2 million.
It has 16 loading positions, 14 at dock height and two at grade level. The 6.3-acre site also has parking for 62 vehicles, Terreno said in a press release.
It is fully leased to two tenants. The estimated stabilized cap rate is 5.2 percent, Terreno said.
Terreno buys, owns and operates industrial real estate in several U.S. markets.
