Here are some high-end rentals: Nine penthouses in The Bravern

Invesco Ltd. is putting nine luxury penthouses in The Bravern Signature Residences on the rental market.

Five of the penthouses are in the South Tower and four are in the North Tower of the Bellevue high-rise complex.

They range from 3,100 to 6,000 square feet, and have three to four bedrooms. Units come with “spa en-suite” bathrooms, California closets and automated shades. Private terraces range from 425 to nearly 2,500 square feet.

The 33-story towers are at 688 110th Ave. N.E.

An entity related to the real estate investment arm of Atlanta-based Invesco bought the towers in 2013 for $307.8 million.

Greystar Real Estate Partners of Charleston, South Carolina, manages the towers, but did not say what the penthouses rents will be, and there were no prices on the website.

Greystar said in a press release that the units have hardwood flooring, see-through fireplaces with vein-cut limestone mantels, a chef's kitchen with Wolf ranges and dual ovens, Sub Zero refrigeration, Bosch dishwashers and stone countertops.

The master bedrooms also have fireplaces, automated blackout shades, heated bathroom floors and soaking tubs with views.

Some units have wine rooms with custom refrigeration, as well as glass staircases and glass architectural features.

Rebecca Kline, senior director of real estate for Greystar, said the units offer “a truly elevated living experience,” and are near world-class retailers and restaurants in The Shops at Bravern.

Greystar manages about 385,000 apartment units in 100 U.S. markets.
