Bellevue building sold for $75M

BELLEVUE — An entity that shares an address with the New York office of Clarion Partners paid $75 million for a nine-story office building at 11110 N.E. Eighth St. in downtown Bellevue.

Property records show an entity related to Beacon Capital Partners of Boston is the seller.

Beacon paid $49.1 million for the 147,800-square-foot office building in 2007.
