SHORELINE — Dargey Development is planning more than 300 apartments near state Route 99 in Shoreline.
An entity related to Dargey last week paid $6.45 million for four parcels at 15560 Westminster Way N., property records show.
Dargey's website says Potala Place Shoreline would have two seven-story buildings with 309 units and 298 parking spaces.
The website says there will be a landscaped courtyard, clubhouse, gym, barbecue area, dog walk and parking for bicycles.
Caron Architecture is listed as the architect.
According to the website, groundbreaking is expected in June with completion in May 2017.
Dargey has projects in downtown Seattle, Everett, Kirkland and the Othello neighborhood of south Seattle.
Dargey Development is affiliated with Path America, a Bellevue-based regional center for the federal EB-5 program.
