SEATTLE — Schnitzer West LLC says it bought four parcels in Denver's Cherry Creek North business district and will develop an office building on two adjacent sites on Fillmore Street, between East Second and Third avenues.
The project called Civica Cherry Creek will have 90,000 square feet of Class A office space, 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a multi-level parking garage. Denver-based Davis Partnership is designing it.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for early 2016, with completion in mid-2017.
Schnitzer said it has no immediate plans for the other two parcels, which are nearby on Milwaukee Street.
This is Seattle-based Schnitzer's first new development in Denver, though it has acquired and managed properties in that city.
Jeff Caldwell and Blake Holcomb at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented Schnitzer on the property transactions.
