Peloton Apartments, a 150-unit complex at 7435 159th Pl. N.E. in Redmond, sold last week for $42.75 million, property records show.
Grosvenor Americas sold the complex to G.W. Williams Co. of San Mateo, California, for about $285,008 per unit.
Grosvenor bought it in 2007 for about $28.9 million, and upgraded the units and amenities.
It has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, lounge, and barbecue and picnic area. Units range from about 700 to 980 square feet and have stainless steel finishes and hardwood floors.
The site is near Marymoor Park and employers like Microsoft, Nintendo and DigiPen Institute of Technology.
Turning Point Realty Advisors of Kirkland represented G.W. Williams Co. G.W.
Williams' website says it owns two apartment properties in Bellevue and one in Kirkland, as well as residential, industrial, retail and office properties in California and Arizona.
Grosvenor said it has 2,261 apartments in the U.S. and Canada.
