San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze said it completed 14 transactions in the first half of the year totaling close to $285 million. Four of the acquisitions were in the Puget Sound area, and totaled 480 units. They are: Arbor Square in Olympia, 135 units; Maple Glen in Mountlake Terrace, 106 units; Pointe East in Fife, 124 units; and Aravia Apartments in Tacoma, 115 units. Hamilton Zanze said it owns 87 multifamily properties in nine states with 17,778 units.
