Tarragon building 70% leased

Tarragon said its 134,600-square-foot Sumner industrial building called Salmon Creek Corporate Park Building A is 70 percent leased.

ITR America, which produces undercarriages and repair parts for crawlers and excavators, is taking 34,850 square feet. Electronic Recyclers International is taking 56,700 square feet.

John Sullivan and John Gilliland of CBRE represented Tarragon. Thad Mallory of Kidder Mathews represented ITR and Taylor Hoff of NAI Puget Sound Properties represented Electronic Recyclers.

Tarragon started a second building at Salmon Creek in July. Together the two will have 267,700 square feet of space. Tahoma Design Group is the architect and structural engineer, Sierra Construction Co. is the general contractor, and AHBL is the civil engineer.
